Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order and up to 14 business days to receive your order. Everything is final sale, no exchange or refunds.

Shipping Carriers

Most of our packages are shipped via UPS or USPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO's.

Shipment Options

We offer standard shipping to the contiguous US states. All time frames are given in business days (M-F). We do not ship on holidays. We also offer free shipping to our store.

Shipping Cost

Ground shipping will be calculated during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

For international orders, please email request (including date of event) for availability to Support@EnchantedQuince.com. Please note that some manufacturers restrict international shipping, so requests will be reviewed once received.
